![]() ![]() So maybe that is what you need for your wheel. There also appears to be a Thrustmaster FfbWheel file in that same folder. But, either way it should give you a handy listing. You may want to first copy them to a word processor & better format them for your usage. ![]() The files in the "inputDevices" folder are all xml files, so you could also print them out. most are sorted out into groups, so you could easily makes screenshots of the various pages you need, & then print those. I have also made screenshots of the key bindings for the game. Make sure to change USER_ID to your computers user_id. Make a back up of the original file & then edit the bindings to your desire. Inside this folder is all the various controllers that the game recognizes, & their key bindings. It is located at: C:\Users\USER_ID\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2019\inputDevices. Originally posted by Merck:Go into the folder called "inputDevices". I'm actually trying to add more buttons so that I can get rid of keybind conflicts but not sure that a steering wheel that has 13 usable buttons is worth it but my side panel has 28 usable buttons while my joystick the Logitic 3D Pro has 12 buttons so I'm not actually missing out on a whole lot plus it has a throttle already on it which means I save significant desk real estate and of course my Thrustmaster wheel is FFB but FS19 doesn't support the FFB part so.īut I am still wondering about how to get a list of keybinds that I've set so I can print it and keep it handy (short of having to make my own keybind list?īTW isn't there some kind of app that will do controller keybinds for you? (you know, read the XML and then allow me to keybind based on the XML regardless of the controller type? Doing it through FS itself is a PITA especially when I have to delete redundants. I also realized a lot of tractors use hand throttles rather than foot pedals and whether I should consider not using the steering wheel/pedals? I certainly could gain a lot more desk real estate?Īlthough the side panel DOES have a joystick maybe that's all I need? But then I wouldn't have enough buttons. I wish there was an easy way to do this but I'll never remember what all the buttons and keys will do and further wish I could extract the keybinds into a nice text document (I am aware there is an XML file, but getting the data from that?) I'm going in and removing some keybinds as they are redundant and to make room for other things that could use some keybinds.
